Property appraisals are such an important part of ownership and is one of the few times that as a property owner, you’ll get the chance to have an up to date opinion of how your property’s worth has progressed. We have the ability to do these remotely if required but nothing can compare to spending some time in a home to capture the feel of the home and surroundings. All property appraisals receive:

  • Detailed report with comparable sold/competing properties

  • Letter of appraisal

  • Sales method recommendation, market timing advice and costings (if applicable)

  • Detailed list of improvements to prepare your home for sale (if applicable)

Having your home appraised by a professional doesn’t mean that you are obligated to sell but it is one of the most important first steps in the process which you are completely in control of. There’s no cost or expectation, just a free consultation!

Auctions are a cornerstone of real estate sales in Australia and they can provide so many advantages to the seller if they’re done right. As a licensed and trained auctioneer, my specialty is the auction floor and the sometimes intense negotiations that come with achieving a sale. When you book me to call your auction you’ll receive:

  • Pre-auction meeting (online) to discuss strategy and outcomes

  • Pre-auction debrief with marketing agent to have a full run down on marketing campaign

  • Onsite negotiation time to ensure your best chance of premium result
